  • Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
  • Express delivery is available and typically arrives within 1 business day, although in rare cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours.
  • Parcels weighing over 2kg will be sent via an appropriate courier based on size and destination.

  • You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • Please retain your proof of purchase for any return or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • We no longer offer exchanges for goods bought in error. You would be required to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the desired product (shipping charges may apply).
