The record has minimal light and faint paper scuffs and minimal light and faint surface marks(all superficial marks). Both labels are very clean and have extremely minimal spindle marks. It grades a strong very good condition.

The laminate sleeve has the tiniest bit of edge wear(barely noticeable!). Extremely minimal corner wear. Extremely minimal ring wear(barely noticeable!). Extremely minimal creases. Some slight yellowing on the back.  No tears. No splits.  It grades excellent condition.
