Who is Vernonstudio: 

Vernonstudio has been up and running since October 1999. We are always thankful for you, the Ebay customers.

We take pride in offering a variety of household goods, personal items, vintage and antique jewelry and collectibles.  We search out all the best findings so that we can bring the best deals directly to you.

Here at Vernonstudio we try and find the most unique, vintage and modern items to put in our store. We are always adding new or used items to our inventory weekly. We try to have a little bit of everything for all our customers. 

Store Policies 

Our strive is to provide our customers with excellent service and we are backed by our high standards of honesty and integrity. We will never intentionally describe an item falsely. We try our best to describe all of our product's condition to the best of our ability. If your product does not match our listing upon arrival, please contact us first. We will do our utmost to make it right for you.  If you encounter a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us.  

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction being our number one top priority. 

Please view all pictures in detail. We will take pictures of the defects if there is any, also it will show you the customer what we are selling. 

We make sure to inspect all our products inside and out. While all measurements and dimensions are approximate, we strive to assure accuracy. 

Please note: The product you receive is the identical product as shown in the photographs in our listing.  Although we do not profess to be an expert in vintage, antique, or collectible items and memorabilia, these items are researched and described as such to the best of our ability and knowledge and believed to be as such.

We are open to acceptance and will consider reasonable offers. 

Payment 

All Payments go straight through Ebay. Immediate payment is required for Buy it Now listings. 

Combined Shipping 

We will gladly combine shipping where it is safe to do so. If shipping adjustments are not made automatically during your purchase, please request an adjustment during the purchase process. Adjustments in shipping cannot be made after payment is received. 

Shipping 

We process all orders within 1 business day of receiving payment, barring any verification delays or unforeseen circumstances. 

All shipping will be made through the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise indicated in the listing. 

All appropriate packaging materials (boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, tape, cardboard, etc.) will be used in order to guarantee the safe delivery of the item purchased. Packaging is done using eBay best practice requirements. 

We do recycle packaging material, large envelopes and boxes for shipping.  We make sure all the recycled packing material or boxes are clean and in sturdy condition.  We pack our products with care for a safe delivery, just the way we would like them shipped to us when we're buying on eBay. 

Except for USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping, all other shipping is calculated by the eBay shipping calculators. 

We ship to the United States and Internationally.  

Packages may be subject to signature upon delivery in some circumstances. We will make sure to message you so you can make arrangements accordingly. The carrier will make attempts to deliver and will send the package back to us if delivery is unsuccessful. The buyer is responsible for charges for all returned and re-shipped packages. 

Returns 

We accept returns only in the unlikely and unintentional event that the product does not match the listing description, doesn't work or is defective, wrong item sent, or missing parts or pieces.  

For return authorization, request a return through eBay upon arrival of the item to obtain a return approval. We will pay for return shipping and promptly refund your money upon its safe return. Merchandise shipped back without an RMA will be returned at the buyer's expense.   

Return shipping will be paid by the buyer if the item has been altered in any way, i.e. original tags have been removed. A restocking fee may be charged in the event the buyer chooses to return an item which is otherwise as described.
