This is brass Antique paper clip from Geo M. Bechtel & Co Municipal Bonds. Underneath the name it says Davenport- Dubuque-Des Moines-Iowa. From what I could research this company was started in 1891 and at one point handled 90 percent of Municipal Bonds in Iowa. Later they had some law suits against them since they did business in banking which they might not have been licensed to do.
Condition: Good Used Condition. There are streaks but I think they are just in finish. (see photos)
