Goods returned for a refund, which were ordered wrong or no longer required, must be returned within 14 days from delivery of the goods in the original state supplied, un-used, and un-cut. Returned items in these circumstances will be at your own cost.

We ask that you securely rewrap the item as it arrived to prevent damage in transit, we will not be able to offer a refund for item(s) that have been cut down or damaged in transit.

Please be aware Royal Mail will not accept anything in a tube longer than 90cm in to their network, if you are returning a long tube like item we suggest using Transglobal Express, Interparcel or Parcel Hero.
