Used on Hikvision and Duhua cameras:

 

This is not an exact replacement, not all cameras are color coded or wired the exact same way.

Either disassemble the camera and use the included plugs if possible  or splice the wires into old cable. 

Colors may or may not match so tracing the original wires to pin number on the old connector is necessary.

Pin out diagram/Color Code of this connector will be included.
