An elegant French 19th century Louis XVI style ormolu and white Carrara marble clock. The clock is raised by chased ormolu supports below a demilune-shaped base decorated with ormolu borders and a swaging floral garland topped with an Asian figure. Above are two tapered marble columns with an ormolu base and top cap, that support a demilune marble tier with swaging link chains and ormolu berried finials.
