Durability

Stickers have an outdoor lifespan of 3-5 years.

Application Instructions

Use your fingers or any flat surface to ensure the transfer tape is fully stuck onto the decal. Next, slowly peel the transfer tape up along with the decal off of the backing paper.

Position your decal over the surface you wish to apply to, place one end down and rub over the rest of the decal with your fingers ensuring its stuck to your surface.

Then, use your fingers or flat surface from before to adhere the decal onto the surface, the more pressure you apply the better.

Finally, very slowly peel up the transfer tape. You can also refer to one of the thumbnail pictures which illustrates this process.

Dispatch and Postage

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-4 working days (Mon-Fri) of being placed, check your order details for the dispatch time frame.

Once dispatched order's typically take 1-5 days to arrive for Royal Mail 2nd class and 1-3 days for 1st class.

(Royal Mail working days are Mon – Sat)

As stated in the "Returns and refunds" section during busy periods this can take up to 12 working days. Be aware of this when buying.

We do not provide tracking info, the number shown is eBays reference as we purchase

postage via them.

Returns

As this is a bespoke service no refunds will be given unless the product is damaged upon arrival or an error on our part.

WE WILL NOT refund late delivery, the expected delivery date is a guide only and can take up to 12 working days to arrive from dispatch.

If your parcel has not arrived once the 12 days have passed we will offer a refund or replacement.

Royal Mail working days are Monday - Saturday.
