A rare book, BEAUTIFUL LONDON 103 photographs by HELMUT GERNSHEIM published by PHAIDON 1950. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class. First edition,  pages 124, first page inscribed with Christmas and New Year message. The forward is by James Pope - Hennessy. This is a hardcover book with it's original dust cove. It measures approximately 30 cm high and 22.5 cm wide. On the dust cover there are signs of wear, creasing and tear. Inside there are signs of foxing but overall in fair condition.
