This 2004 edition hardback book is in excellent condition throughout and is unread. There are negligible signs of wear to the dustjacket (see photograph). All pages are present, tightly bound and free from tears, creases and marks with the main body of the book in excellent condition. The book runs to 224 pages (21.5cm x 13cm) plus an additional 8 pages of photographs. The book is also illustrated throughout the text with a number of maps.
