Huge 4" figural pin from Art Deco 89.

There are many iterations of this theme, all the way back to the turn of the century (1900). Could not find the Art Deco jewelry from the Twenties this pin was based on, but at any rate, the theme sort of varies from Cupid riding the stork to go pick up a baby, or a baby riding a stork on his way to his new parents. (Presumably a newborn could be a little angel.) This version certainly has the babe RIDING the stork hard. Unusual piece from the wonderful Art Deco 89 brand. Signed.
