This 1st Edition Raichu is in near mint to mint condition straight from pack to sleeve and top loader over 2 decades ago. The only flaw on the card is some possible whitening on one edge on back, hard to tell but it looks like that’s how it was cut. Centering would make it grade a 9 by PSA or 9.5 possibly with other grading companies.
