Gas Mask Sniff Box Air Restrictor NATO 40mm Thread

This is a design that I made after a heavy gas mask play session. I wanted something that I could use to dial in breathing resistance as well as something to act as a sniff box. So this is what I came up with. A sniff box with a rotating selector disc that allows you to select the aperture that you draw your breath through. Four different sized holes allow you to dial in the resistance. Each one of these is a labour of love. With this design, it is impossible to block airflow completely for safety reasons. For instance, if you enjoy self-bondage you can rest assured that if you knock the selector disk the airflow can never be completely blocked. It also features an internal guard to prevent contents from reaching the gas mask valve. You can fill the sniff box with cotton wool or material to add odours to taste. Imagine the sensation of breath play and certain popping aromas - heady stuff. I make these to order out of ABS which is vapour smoothed so that they are smoother than other 3D printed items and the surfaces are sealed. The finish looks excellent and the plastic is the same that is used in Lego. The lid section features a standard NATO40 thread so it will fit the S10 or Russian Gas Masks. and it can be unscrewed to gain access to the inside of the sniff box. Fit it directly to your gas mask or into a breathing tube to spice things up a little. The three main components can be made in Black, Yellow or Red ABS, so you can customise it to create your own look. This product is made to order and each takes me three days to print, post-process and finish. So please allow for the extra time needed for me to dispatch this bespoke item to you. Material This product is 3D printed in ABS, a very strong plastic that has excellent mechanical properties. Once printed I post-process the components using a procedure called vapour smoothing. This uses Acetone vapour to actually melt and smooth the surface of the prints turning it from rough prints into smooth shiny prints that are non-porous. Porosity is one drawback of the 3D printing process as it leaves microscopic holes in the surface of prints that are perfect for bacteria to grow in and hard to clean. Vapour smoothing prints seals these microscopic holes and imperfections, leaving the products smooth and sealed. This is important as it makes cleaning post-play so much easier. Product Care After play simply wash in warm soapy water, anti-bacterial soap is best. Once body fluids have been washed off allow the product to dry thoroughly before you store it away for later use. A deep clean can be carried out using Isopropyl Alcohol, this will kill bacteria and remove body oils.
