Fit Ford CVH 1600 Naturally Aspirated Engine 


For use in naturally aspirated carburettor fed CVH engines up to Aug 1985 with double crowned piston profile to suit hemispherical combustion chamber.  

Each set includes :
4 x New cast alloy piston
4 x Piston ring sets
4 x Gudgeon pin / wrist pin 

These are a good quality piston kit imported by ourselves. Brand new manufacture, not new old stock. Offering an affordable solution for engine rebuilds requiring re-boring due to wear, or for those in search of power gains from increased cylinder capacity. 

Standard 1597cc CVH engine has bore size is 79.99 mm. These are 1.00mm / 040 thou oversize and will require boring to suit, resulting in an engine capacity of 1638cc

SUPPLY and INSTALLATION

This product is shipped in kit form securely packaged and boxed. Installation should be carried out by a competent mechanic with reference to the original procedural instructions listed in the respective vehicle / engine manuals whereby these components are considered to be a direct replacement for original equipment.
