Pre-owned. Most of the records and sleeves are in good condition. 

Some of the records have some minor scratches and spots. Some of the sleeves have flaws such as two that are separating the front and back, a few cuts, and some seam splits.

I would grade the vinyl as Very Good (VG) to Very Good Plus (VG+).

I would grade the sleeves as Good Plus (G+) to Very Good Plus (VG+).

I have not played any of these records to know what the extent of the scratches are on sound quality.
