About this turbocharger: ATR45SAT turbocharger is engineered based on an Rb25det engine, made as the biggest internally gated, hot side bolt-on turbocharger. It made a responsive 324rwkws pump 98 or 365rwkws on E85 fuel. Pproviding aggressive acceleration with excellent throttle response and wide power band. Braided oil feeding line, water banjo and oil drain adapter is supplied with this turbo. This is an ball bearing turbo. We use quality Germany made high-speed ceramic ball bearing cartridges. Not only reduce bearing friction and oil drag to minimum it is also capable of handling high thrust load. The turbocharger would generate boost with minimum throttle movement making the car extremely enjoyable to drive. At Hypergear turbochargers, apart from doing engineering work, building and assembling turbochargers, we work closely with local racers, drifters, fabricators and tuners collecting first hand data. Providing better turbo configurations for high performance and reliability by understanding and compare engines responses to turbocharger components alterations. Car has: Rb25det NEO factory engine HyperGear ATR45SAT turbocharger Factory exhaust manifold internally gated Bosch ID 1000cc injectors 2.5 inches Exhaust flapper valve Adaptronic plugin ECU PWR 600x300x100mm front mount intercooler 3.5 inches turbo back exhaust Split fire coil packs Tuned by Chequered tuning in Victoria The final result was 22psi of boost made by 3800RPMs, 365rwkws E85 fuel and 324rwkws P98 fuel. |
