To use Stay All Day® Liquid Eye Primer, remove the cap and replace it with the dropper included.

TIPS
USAGE / TIPS:
- Prime: add one drop of Stay All Day® Liquid Eye Primer to the mixing tray.
- Combine: add a small dab of Magnificent Metals and swirl to blend.
- Shine: using Stila's Magnificent Metals Eye Shadow Applicator #37 or your fingertip, gently apply the mixture on lids, blending it out with soft strokes. Build the intensity with additional layers.
- For more opaque results, apply eye primer directly on lids.
