Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are sent to our warehouse to be processed as soon as they are placed. All Standard Ground shipments placed by 11:00am Pacific Standard Time will typically ship the same day. This excludes weekends and shipping holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or shipping holiday will ship the next business day. Please Note: We cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be made to your account. (Note: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders declared "Undeliverable")

We offer a 30 day return policy for most products as long as the item(s) are unused, unopened, in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials. You must notify us within 5 days of any product defects or order errors. We will arrange and pay for return shipping on any item that we shipped incorrectly. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping under any other circumstances.

For orders that are no longer needed/wanted or an accidental order please be sure to submit a return request for an return authorization number (RA). The RA number will prevent any further delay with the return process. Please remember to keep all the original packaging and documentation in the event that your item(s) needs to be returned or exchanged.
