Terms and Conditions:

1. By bidding or Buying on a product that is for sale or auction on eBay, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed here.
2. The successful high bidder or buying must complete the sale transaction (including payment) within 3 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale.
3. We reserve the right to not supply goods and retract any selling/listing fees associated with a winning bid should these terms not be met.
4. Non-paying buyers will be reported to eBay.
5. We will not be responsible for any compatibility problem. Therefore it is recommended before you bid you should check the listing carefully or e-mail us.
6. Henz29 obey to all trading rules applied by eBay.
7. Whilst all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.
8. All pictures contained within this listing are for illustration purposes only.

Payment:

1. We accept Payment through Bank Deposit and PayPal.
2. The successful bidder or Buyer must make payment within 3 days of Purchase.
3. Copy of the receipt will be included with the package.

Shipping:

1. All shipping will be sent through Regular Australian post, unless indicated otherwise. If you require express post, registered mail etc. please indicate that when purchasing the product.
2. All shipments will be made within 2 working days (Excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving payment.
3. Pick up is not available at this time.
4. Please allow up to 5 to 10 working days for delivery, after the proof of payment is provided.
5. Henz29 is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods during Transit. If problems do arise, please contact us and we shall endeavor to resolve any issues.

Refunds:

1. Henz29 acceptable for refund/replace with in 7 days of purchase if buyers merely feel unhappy because the item is not what they expected, or is different than the one described.
2. Delivery charges (postage & packing) is a non-refundable cost unless the item you purchased was incorrectly listed or you were shipped a different product than you ordered.
3. We do not accept any item return by COD (Cash on Delivery). COD Items will be refused and sent back. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. Please contact us before you returning.

Feedback:

1. We suggest our buyers to leave their feedback after their items are received.
2. When we receive positive feedback from a buyer, we will leave a positive feedback to the buyer on the same day.
3. Please contact us first to solve the problem before leaving a negative feedback (Negative Feedback cannot solve any problem).
