Please Request a total from Seller to get a delivery charge if your delivery address is in the following areas:

Scottish postcodes AB and above, HS, IV, KA27 & 28, KW, PA20 & above, PH4 and above and ZE. OR Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles, All other isles off the mainland.

FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR ORDER BEING REFUNDED.

Additional charges are determined by location and weight and can be SUBSTANTIAL for delivery to any of the areas listed.

Delivery: On most items we will deliver within 24 To 48 hours.

Some larger products may take 1 -3 working days.

Second Class Post 3 -5 working days

The goods will normally arrive during a working day between 9am - 6pm.

Please Note: If you are not able to accept delivery, please leave a signed note on your front door explaining to either the courier or the postman where to leave in your absence. ie with a neighbour or back garden or somewhere secure!

Please contact us if this is not possible.

AS YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A REDELIVERY

Delivery is Mon - Friday 9am - 6.00pm (this is an all day delivery)

If you miss the courier, they will re-attempt the following working day. If you miss the second attempt the parcel will come back to us where you will be charged for the courier charges.

If you change the delivery address once the parcel has been dispatch, a £5.95 fee will be charged.

If a parcel gets returned back to us because you are not in we get charged £15.00 from couriers to return item. 

You will be charged this.

Please be advised that the following charges may apply if you wish to return your goods if no longer required or the wrong item ordered;

Incorrect sized item purchased (no longer required) = Small Item £8.00 / Large Items £20.00

Change of address once an order has been dispatched with the courier = £5.95

In the case that your item is shipped on a pallet due to its weight and size the charge is £50.00

In these circumstances these charges would be levied from your original purchase cost at the point of refund.

Please note under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 30 day cooling off period to inform us of your intent to return for the above reasons for which you shall be liable for the return costs.

GAll of our products come with the manufacturer's guarantee of 12 months. Some products may have longer guarantees, please contact us if you should require additional information.

We retain the right to make adjustments to the pricing on this site to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties. If the price is found to be incorrect a new price shall be submitted to you and if this price is unacceptable then the contract shall be cancelled, with a refund if applicable.

Privacy Policy:

(Future Build Supplies Ltd) do not disclose buyer s information to third parties.

Cookies are used on our site solely for the intention of completing your order.

Tax:

All prices shown are including the current rate of V.A.T at 20%, which will be added to your order at checkout.

Back Orders:

Should your required item not be in stock, we will back order it for you. We will e-mail you with the proposed delivery date and should you rather not wait for delivery, you will have the option to cancel your order or part of it. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Force Majeure:

Future Build Supplies Ltd reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the Contract or reduce the volume of the Goods ordered by you the Buyer (without liability to you the Buyer) if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either partys workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, provided that, if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 45 days, Future Build Supplies Ltd shall be entitled to give notice in writing to you the buyer to terminate the contract.

FUTURE BUILD SUPPLIES LTD, ADVISE ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO AWAIT FOR RECEIPT OF YOUR GOODS, BEFORE ARRANGING TRADESMEN TO INSTALL THEM, AS SOMETIMES IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES DELIVERY DATES NEED TO BE CHANGED AT THE LAST MINUTE AND FUTURE BUILD SUPPLIES LTD, ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR THIS.
