This medium soft cover book (8 ½ x 11 inches, 170 pages) was published by The National Parking Association and the Urban Land Institute, dated 2005 and is a Third Printing. I have included a photo of the Table of Contents.  The book contains many b & w photographs, schematics, and graphs. 

Condition:  This book is in very good condition.  There is some slight edge wear and general wear to the cover.   Otherwise the book is unmarked and the interior pages are clean and bright, from cover to cover.  Both hinges are fully intact and the binding is tight and sound.  This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
