Vintage WOODEN ABACUS 11 Rods 2 Columns 77 Beads . Condition is Preowned and an overall nice condition. This vintage abacus has been in my family since I was little, it is clearly hand-painted and you will notice that there is some paint that leaked down on the underside of this and that’s just the way it is. Super cool overall this piece measures 8 1/2 inches long by a little over 4 3/4 inches wide. The brass corner plates and front plates have scuffs and scratches as shown, but it gives it character. The rods look like they are rosewood but I could be wrong but they’re definitely more of a cherry color the overall unit is painted black, beads or black, what a cool piece. No brand marking, but this is clearly Chinese. 11 rods, 2 columns and 77 beads.
