DESCRIPTION
You are purchasing a brand new XTD Stage 2 Sports clutch kit for the turbo applications listed below:
1989-1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse Turbo (GST & GSX),
1989-1998 Eagle Talon Turbo (TSI), and
1990-1994 Plymouth Laser Turbo.
This Carbon Kevlar clutch is generally used with our Street Series clutches. This disc uses the same heavy duty high torque internal assembly
used in our more extreme strip clutches. We then add our unique woven Carbon Kevlar, steel-back frictions for maximum added burst strength
and thermal dissipation. This is the ultimate street clutch.
This kit includes XTD heavy-duty pressure plate, XTD Carbon Kevlar steel-back street disc, SKF throw out bearing,
alignment tool, clutch installation guide, and XTD clutch logo window decal.
This pressure plate holds more HP and torque than stock and is made from ductile iron and heat treated for added strength and consistency.
XTD Stage 2 clutch is designed for smooth engagement, quiet operation, and improved durability using Kevlar friction material
and spring center design. It works great for stock and mildly modified applications.
Every XTD Sports clutch kit is designed for street use / daily driving so it won’t make everyday driving difficult.
All XTD Racing Clutch Kits require a 500 mile break-in period.
