This High Strength Carbon Fiber Clutch Cover is manufactured using 100% high-tech carbon fibre pre-preg fabric, cured under pressure at elevated temperature to produce a carbon fibre part with engineering-grade mechanical properties and a glossy class-A surface finish on both sides.

The clutch cover is made of classic 2/2 twill, 3k woven carbon fibre with a pin-hole free high gloss finish. 

The matrix used is a high performance epoxy resin which offers excellent mechanicals, clarity. The high temperature cure maximises the mechanical strength properties and results in a Tg (glass transition) of 100°C.

Installation:


1) Clean and degrease the clutch cover 

2) Apply silicone to the clutch cover protection. 

3) Position the clutch cover protection on the clutch cover and glue in place. 

4) Fasten the clutch cover protection with adhesive tape to keep it from slipping. - Hardening time: 1 day.
