As you can see in my feedback I work very hard to maintain an excellent reputation.  
I am a very conscience businessman and eBay seller and would never not disclose anything that might be wrong with an item and  I try to be very conscience in my descriptions and picture taking.  However,  when you sell used items things do happen once in a while where an item would want to be returned and I know that getting an item that is not right is frustrating as it has happened to me also.  Even Amazon gets thousands of returns.   Since you see I work hard at my reputation I ask you to please not use the reason "not as described" as it is detrimental to a seller.  
Even though you discover a fault with an item it might seem glaring to you but was completely un-intentional so I am asking that you would use a reason other than not as described.  I will handle it for you professionally and promptly.
