Our journey and experience

Our pet products journey began at the start of the millennium in 2000, born from well spent childhoods surrounded by our furry friends.

Before 2000, the family were well known experts in the meat and bone meal industry, manufacturing for the agricultural animal feed market before diversifying into the pet products industry.

As we diversified into the pet products industry, we made it our mission to source the finest raw materials, to create premium natural pet treats at the best prices without compromising on quality.

The business has now passed through three generations of family and therefore we have an unrivalled experience in the natural pet treat market to ensure your companions are munching away on the very best treats you can find on the market.

 

Our products

We are true specialists in the natural pet treats market. These treats avoid waste of animal products by converting certain animal parts not used for human consumption into pet products, which helps reduce the impact on the environment. Although the products could certainly look more appetizing for us humans, your pets will love them!

Our products contain no rawhide, are 100% natural, contain no additives or preservatives and are suitable for hypoallergenic pets. The treats are a great way for dogs to relieve stress by chewing into long lasting healthy treats.

 

Where are we?

We're located in a small village called High Legh, near to Manchester in the UK. We are expanding rapidly and are now operating in our brand new warehouse built earlier in 2023. Our facilities and team are growing and we look forward to updating you further on our journey.

Delivery

We currently offer the following delivery options.

All delivery prices are inclusive of VAT. All orders purchased on or before 1 pm will be dispatched the same day.

Free standard shipping throughout UK mainland addresses on all orders up to 2kg shipped with Royal Mail 48. Orders over 2kg are shipped with Parcelforce.

Term & Conditions

01. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any of the following reasons:

• Insufficient stock/inventory to fulfil the order promise
• We do not deliver to your postal code address including, but not limited to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland
• Goods you have ordered are uncorrected due to a typographical error or an error with our pricing
• The order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
• Your billing account is not correct or is not verified.

02. When selecting Next Day Delivery your order must be placed before 1 pm Monday - Thursday to guarantee this. Any order placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. Any order placed after 1 pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered the following Monday.

When selecting Next Day Delivery your order will be dispatched on a Next Day service with Royal Mail or DX. Express Pet Supplies cannot be held responsible for parcels being delayed beyond our control, including but not limited to the following:

• Service Strikes
• Riot
• Terrorist Attack or Treat of Terrorist Attack
• Natural disasters
• Service Strikes

03. When purchasing any goods from us you are agreeing that the payment must be received by us in full prior to the order being shipped. Any payments that aren't received in full will not be dispatched.

04. All the prices on our website are set and inclusive of VAT.

Returns

It is unlikely that you are not going to be 100% satisfied with your order from us. However, in the event that you do wish to return the order back to us, please read our returns policy below for all information on how to do so. You have 14 days from the date purchased to return the goods back to us.

Reasons for Returning:

• Item arrived damaged (photos will need to be provided as evidence)
• Wrong/incorrect Item received
• Exchange/Refund
