17th Century antique framed oil painting portrait of a man.  Size is approx. 13" x 11 1/4" x 1 1/4".  Size of picture is approx. 10" x 8 1/2". The frame does not have glass. It has some chipping and cracking. Please see pictures and email me with any questions. Thank you.
