Miter Jig is the larger version of the popular miniature miter vise used by Jewelers to cut and file tubes, wire, rods and flat strip of metals. This Jig has multi-shaped grooves for holding a wide range of shapes. Tool holds stock material and can be used to saw cut or file parts perfectly. The front side and back of the jig provide for the multiple angles.

Jig is made of hardened steel (60-65RC) long lasting and durable. The Jig is a precise 3 part steel block that interlock to each other, and hold parts true and permit perfect operation on the edges of the piece/s.

Jig has an adjustable stop that can be fixed to the desired length with the center knurled screw, for repetitive cutting of the same lengths.

Tool can be mounted in a vise or simply hold it in your hand. 

Tool will hold the parts to be cut or filed, simply by tightening the brass knurled screw heads on both sides, clamping and holding the material. Once fixed in to position, you can saw cut the part at the desired angle along the surface of the edge, after the cut is completed file to get a clean and smooth surface of the edge.
