~ Before purchasing please try to avoid anything that would warrant a transaction cancellation. According to the updated PayPal refund policy, when a seller refunds a transaction due to a cancellation by a buyer,  the PayPal fees ( 2.9% + $0.30 ) originally paid by seller will not be returned. Please be sure you really want to buy the product before purchasing and be aware every cancellation costs the seller!
