• Test Reports are available for this item upon request prior to order, please read directions below.  
• Test reports provided WILL NOT be Manufacturer Test Reports (MTRs), i.e. test reports generated by the original manufacturer. 
• This fitting will be furnished (if required) with two testing documents, a physical test report and a chemical test report.
• Physical test reports are generated by a third party destructive testing company to determine physical properties for each heat number available.  This process is achieved by sacrificing a fitting with an identical heat number to a systematic destructive test which will computer generate the physical properties found during the destructive testing process of the item.  The heat number identified on the fitting will match the heat number shown on the generated physical test report.  
• A TITAN S1 XRF Analyzer will be used to determine Positive Material identification (PMI) and chemical properties of each items heat number that is ordered.  The chemical report generated by the XRF analyzer will match the same heat number as is identified on the fitting you will receive. This process is done in house and will not delay shipping. 
• If Test Reports are required in hand prior to shipping, please allow 7-10 business days for the destructive testing process (if we don't already have reports on file for your item).  if test reports are not required in hand prior to shipping we can generally ship same/next business day.
• Copies of both the physical & chemical reports will be furnished on orders requiring test reports.
