In-between Hold Down Cone for Hunter Revolution Tire Changer. 

This cone slides on the removable spindle shaft assembly and is used to hold the wheel down while removing and/or replacing the tire on the Hunter Revolution tire changer. 

  Made of plastic to reduce risk of rim damage.

Cone used on many wheels with a hub bore diameter of 1.75” to 3.63” (45mm to 92mm)
