This is a handcrafted piece of marble, which has a pure gold leaf on it. This art has its origin in the royal city of Jaipur (Rajasthan)

Once a marble product is made, designs are imprinted with pure gold leaf, with an adhesive. these areas are further embellished with pure gold polish and modern day colors and, finally, the entire piece is lacquered.
