All our boots are handmade, hand lasted and hand stitched in Los Angeles.

If major defect, company accepts exchange and will pay for all shipping costs. Should the boot size you ordered not fit, company will exchange boot for a smaller or larger size and will pay only for outgoing shipping for domestic shipping. On international orders you will be liable for all shipping costs if you want to exchange.
