Shipping:

All orders will be shipped out within 1 business day, exclude holidays and weekends, after payment is cleared. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the next business day which is Monday.

Most of the orders will be shipped via USPS, please make sure you provide an address where the post office can deliver to. Buyer is responsible of providing valid address. Any returned package due to insufficient or invalid address, refunds will be issued and shipping cost will be deducted.

Domestic order: Transit time ranges from 2-7 business days once the order is shipped, tracking number will be provided.

International order: Order will first be shipped to Ebay Global Shipping Center in KY, Ebay will then forward the package to the provided buyer's address, tracking number will be provided by Ebay as well on international orders. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping and import duty fees, fees vary by countries and are not refundable as calculated and collected by Ebay, please check the costs before placing an order.

Payment:

We only accept Paypal as the payment method, you may be able to use credit and debit card to pay for the order via Paypal.

Return:

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the order number. All items received by us in used condition will be discarded and no exchange/refund will be issued

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted and 20% restocking fee may apply.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once inspection is completed.

If a refund is granted, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.
