DESCRIPTION
STAGE 4 MIBA COPPER CERAMIC – 6 PUCK UNSPRUNG
XTD 6 puck “MIBA” copper ceramic clutch is designed for serious enthusiasts with considerable modifications.
MIBA-style copper ceramic material is known for high durability and strong bite compared to typical organic materials.
This disc features high-coefficient ceramic pads for quick engagement and extreme duty friction needed for strip/track use.
XTD Racing Stage 4 clutches use premium materials and are intended for performance applications.
This kit includes an Extreme pressure plate (approx. 2100 clamp force),
MIBA 6 puck unsprung ceramic disc, bearings, alignment tool, 8LBS X-LITE flywheel, installation guide and decal.
Pressure plate is ductile iron and heat treated (stronger than typical stock cast iron, application dependent).
NOTE (UNSPRUNG DISC)
Unsprung discs may be more aggressive than sprung hub setups and can increase vibration/noise.
Recommended for performance use and experienced drivers.
BREAK-IN REQUIRED (VERY IMPORTANT)
• 500 miles break-in required for best performance and clutch life.
• Normal daily driving only during break-in (no hard launches / burnouts / full-throttle pulls).
10LBS X-LITE CHROME-MOLY FLYWHEEL
XTD lightweight chrome-moly flywheels are made using modern materials and manufacturing.
Lightweight flywheel can reduce rotational inertia for quicker response (results vary by vehicle and setup).
Surface processing and heat treatment help durability (application dependent).
