New with Tags/box	Items have not been used and the original tags and/or box are still present.
Excellent	Great, nearly new condition. May have one or two small knife marks, or a tiny bit of trim wear. You really have to look hard to see any wear on this china. Only the slightest bit of crazing would be acceptable.
Very Good	Light to moderate utensil marks, more substantial trim wear, but still no chips, cracks or damage. Moderate crazing is acceptable.
Good	These pieces are in good usable condition, but have some more serious defect: A hairline crack, slight staining, flea bites, etc. A condition of "Good" will be followed by a brief note of what the defects are.
