The sapphire is round and has a circle of diamonds set around it and also part way down the ring shank (band). The diameter of the stone and the setting around it is 6/10 of an inch or 15.24 mm. It is set in sterling silver. This is one of the most popular engagement ring setting being used right now. It is a size 7. The ring comes in a velvet ring box.
