This is a silver plated trinket basket.  It measures approximately 5" in height and 3" in width.  It is stamped Newport on the bottom (by Gorham).  The handle is fixed - it does not move.  The red felt in the bottom has been wet - the buyer may need to glue the felt down better or replace with new felt (depends on buyer's preference).  The basket does show some age - this is a vintage piece.  It has been in store inventory and has not been used.  If multiple items are purchased, I will combine shipping.  If purchased by an international buyer, my shipping is to the Ebay shipping center.  The international buyer is responsible for shipping and customs from the shipping center to their location.
