I am sure you know that these wheels are called 'flip-flop’ because you can SWAP the wheel around so you can have a 'fixed sprocket' where you have to continually pedal, or a freewheel type sprocket so you only pedal when you have to and can freewheel (not pedal) when you are going downhill.
The wheel is supplied with a 16 teeth fixed sprocket. We can supply a 16 teeth or 18 teeth chrome freewheel for an extra £9 if you need this also and there is no extra P & P if ordered with the wheel
