About Shipping: All books, booklets are shipping Media Mail, unless First Class is cheaper. I can usually determine at the time of listing which mailing class will be used, but not always. Media mail takes several days longer for you to receive. If you need the item quickly and definitely want it to go first class or priority mail, please email me before paying, and I'll quote a price. I am happy to provide express shipping (U.S. Postal Service Express Mail), but you will have to pay full amount of the extra cost. If you want express shipping, please email me after buying and before paying. I'll calculate the cost and send you an invoice with the higher shipping costs shown.  I am happy to combine shipping if you wish to purchase more than one thing from me.  Please let me know in advance if you want to buy more than one item so that I can arrange to send you the correct shipping amount before you pay. If you don't contact me in advance and pay full shipping for multiple items, I will refund the combined shipping savings to your PayPal account once I figure out the total shipping costs.

My shipping charge includes a small handling charge, which covers the cost of the packaging and transportation to a post office. I try to use recycled materials for packaging when possible, but there are going to be some costs involved with packaging.
