Child's Warming Dish

"Little Boy Blue"

This dish measures about 9.5" across the handles and is almost 2.75" high.  It is hollow and was meant to hold hot water to keep the child's food warm in the divided compartments.

The original corks appear to have been replaced by those in the photo.

The dish weighs about two pounds before being filled with water, so it would not easily be tipped over by an active child.

There is plentiful crazing from age but no cracks, chips or repairs that we have found.

The compartments are decorated with cheerful pictures that would entertain a child.
