We currently offer plain-color Poly-Twill only, including:

• Plain Grey Twill
• Plain Black Twill
• Plain White Twill

Glacier Twill is no longer available.

We also do not offer Glitter Twill or Glitter Silver Twill. For grey lettering or numbers, we can only use our plain Grey Twill.

Please keep this in mind when placing your order. If you have any questions about available materials or colors, please contact us before purchasing. 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

After your order is placed, I will prepare a custom draft/mockup for your order showing the selected font, colors, name, and numbers.

 

This allows you to review the design details and confirm that everything is correct before production begins.

 

I will not cut your kit until the draft has been approved.

 

Once you approve the mockup, I will proceed with cutting and preparing your custom kit according to the approved design.

 

This approval process helps ensure that the font, colors, and overall design are accurate for the selected team, season, and jersey style.

 

⏱️ UNSEWN KIT PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are completed within a few days to approximately one week and will ship as soon as they are ready.

 

In some cases, additional time may be required, for example, if a specific color or material needs to be ordered.

 

If your order is time-sensitive, please message me BEFORE purchasing so I can confirm the expected turnaround time.

The customization package includes:

• Side numbers: 1–2 digits per sleeve
• Back numbers: 1–2 digits
• Back name
• Nameplate

 

All custom kits are made to order in-house in Canada.

We produce the kits ourselves using professional cutting equipment. This helps reduce overhead and eliminate unnecessary middlemen, allowing us to keep our prices competitive.

• 100% Polyester Poly-Twill
• Professionally cut
• Nameplates are made from Poly-Twill — the same material used for the names and numbers

 

✂️ UNSEWN KIT — IMPORTANT

This listing is for an UNSEWN KIT.

 

The individual layers and colors are supplied separately so they can be properly aligned during the sewing process.

• Number layers are NOT sewn together
• Letters are NOT sewn onto the nameplate
• The kit is NOT sewn onto the jersey
• The completed kit MUST BE SEWN onto the jersey for permanent application

 

We do not permanently fuse, glue, or tack the individual colors/layers together before shipping.

This is intentional. Keeping the pieces separate allows you or your seamstress to properly align the colors, layers and letters before sewing.

 

Once the pieces are correctly positioned, they can be sewn together and then permanently sewn onto the jersey.

 

Don't sew yourself?

 

If you do not have a seamstress or are unable to sew the kit yourself, contact me and I can recommend someone who may be able to complete the work.

Sewing/customization services are NOT included in the purchase price and must be paid separately.

Care Instructions

• Machine wash inside-out
• Use mild detergent
• Do not use bleach
• Dry using a normal household dryer setting
• Do not dry clean

 

🔥 APPLICATION & TACKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat Press Settings

Temperature: 330°F / 165°C

Time: 8–10 seconds

Pressure: Medium

 

1-Color Application

• Tack for approximately 2–3 seconds to temporarily hold the letters in position.
• This allows you to realign the letters if necessary.
• A tight zig-zag stitch or satin stitch is recommended for sewing Poly-Twill.
• Use a heat-printing pillow inside the garment to help prevent marks on the lettering.

 

2+ Color Application

Tack:

Tack the foreground layer to the background layer using a heat press or iron between reusable cover sheets.

Sew:

Sew the foreground layer to the background layer before applying it to the jersey.

Final Application:

Pre-press the jersey and tack the completed multi-color lettering into position before permanently sewing it onto the jersey.

📌 IMPORTANT — CREASING, FOLDING & CURLING

When you receive your kit, the Poly-Twill may sometimes arrive creased, folded, or slightly curled.

This is normal and is NOT a defect.

 

During shipping, the material can shift or become folded. Some pieces may also need to be folded to fit safely inside the shipping envelope.

 

To remove creases or curling, simply iron or heat press the material.

The heat-activated adhesive on the back is designed to respond to heat, and properly heating the material will help flatten it.
