Grass: Yearbook of Agriculture, 1948 This book is one of a sizeable collection of Yearbooks of the U.S. Department of Agriculture I am listing.

This medium hardcover book (5 ¾ x 9 ¼ inches, 892 pages) was published by the Washington: Government Printing Office, dated 1948.  The book is bound in green cloth covered boards with a black titles on the spine.  There are many b & w and some color photographs and tables throughout the book.  

Condition:  This book is in good condition.  The covers of the book have some minor marks and there is some edge wear particularly at the top and bottom of the spines.  Additionally, the corners are bumped.  Inside, both hinges are coming detached (see photographs).  Otherwise, the book is unmarked and the interior pages are clean and bright, from cover to cover. Despite the hinged detaching, the binding is still tight and sound.   This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
