Known by the locals as the Elm Street House, 1428 Elm was the childhood home of Nancy Thompson - daughter of Marge and Donald Thompson.
Marge and Donald were two of the local parents that took part in the burning and subsequent murder of serial killer Freddy Krueger, known as the "Springwood Slasher".
After his death, Marge took Freddy's infamous glove with the fish knives on the fingers, and stored it in the unused basement boiler.
