Being offered is a Large  French Cobalt Blue Glazed Bowl.... or can be Planter.   

I have owned this piece  for 24 years. Purchased in Paris and carried it on the airplane. There is a small chip to the bottom edge ....see photos ....that was there when I bought it. On the bottom side you will see there is a perforated knock-out hole if one wanted to make it a planter.    Marked on the inside....I have no idea.   Impressive piece!   Shipped Double Boxed.   Heavy Piece!  FedEx is going to be the best price!
