This is a NOS OEM SUZUKI RETAINER PLATE that mounts behind the front sprocket

It holds the countershaft seal.

The case saver (front chain guide plate) comes with it

The case saver and sprocket guard bolt to it also.

This part sometimes gets broken when the chain comes off
