Service
instructions: Once purchase is made. Turbocharger has to be either dropped off in person or delivered to our Po.Box. Turn around time is roughly 5 working days depending on the amount of work required. We can supply exchange units if required, there will be a cost of a bond. Braided oil feeding line is supplied as a part of rebuilding service. In some cases the turbocharger might not be suitable for rebuilding, or if housings are cracked or damaged. You will be informed about it before services taken place. |

Service
information: Factory turbocharger will be stripped, both compressor and turbine housings will be machined to suit a brand new core. This particular core has up sized steel wheels, built with quality Germany made high speed ball bearings. Internal gate flapper valve is upgraded with gate up sized. All engineering work are carried out in Australia by qualified Australian engineers. This is an Stage 3 high flow, minimum boost pressure it will run is roughly 17psi depending on free flow the engine setup is. It supports up to 287rwkws on pump 98 fuel. it requires working with programmable ecu and bigger aftermarket fuel system. High flowed turbo maintains factory drive ability with a lot more power throughout the rev range. Braided oil line is supplied with this service, factory water lines, oil drain, cold and hot side plumbing fits high flowed turbocharger. This is an ball bearing turbo. We use quality Germany made high-speed ceramic ball bearing cartridges. Not only reduce bearing friction and oil drag to minimum it is also capable of handling high thrust load. The turbocharger would generate boost with minimum throttle movement making the car extremely enjoyable to drive. I've personally owned many R33 GTSTs and been modifying them for many year with current Rb25det project on going.
