Please note the vast majority of deliveries fall within the estimated time scales above but unfortunately there can occasionally be delays within the postal service outside of our control, such as Bank Holidays, Easter and Christmas also on international postage sometimes delays within Customs.

UK - 1-5 Business Days
Worldwide - 10 -15 Business Days
Occasionally, items do suffer some delays in the mail.
If your order has been dispatched and the estimated delivery date has passed, we recommend that you ask your local sorting office if they've tried to deliver it, or check with your neighbours to find out whether the package has been left with them. If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please wait a few days in case it's been delayed in the post. If you still haven't received your item, please contact us by eBay messaging. We will endeavour to answer all messages within 12 hrs
Please allow 4-6 weeks for items sent abroad before considering it lost (This is to allow time for an item to be delivered overseas - it may have been held at customs or a local delivery office in the destination country and be waiting for collection or re delivery if no one was at home to accept the item when delivery was initially attempted).
