Lightly used Topcon Automatic Extension Tube. This is the shortest of the tubes, about 7mm. Has socket on the side for your cable release to stop the lens down manually after composing with maximum aperture. Has a pre-set lever/push button on the side for the same purpose. 

We have three of these at the time of listing, all in basically the same cosmetic and functional condition.
