For example:
If running a 500w device for 2 hours constantly, the calculation method is device rated power 500W divide by battery voltage 12v to get battery discharge current 41.67A (500W/12V=41.67A) then times the working time 2 hours to get battery capacity 83.33Ah but it actually requires that the battery capacity must be 83.3 x 2 = 166Ah, because if the inverter runs normal loads, the inverter undervoltage protection will work when the battery capacity is less than 50%, and then cause the inverter to shut down.
